Internal hemorrhoids can be divided into four grades. During grade 1, it is bleeding and painful, but the hemorrhoids will not come out. In grade 2, the hemorrhoids can come out, but usually go back on their own. During grade 3, hemorrhoids are prolapsed and need to be inserted by hand. At grade 4, hemorrhoids may not be inserted back into the anus. Pending the grade of your hemorrhoids, in this case, likely grade 2 or 3, a doctor will need to examine you and provide you with the right treatment plan.
